One of the most positive card of the deck, as a major arcana card, this foretells of positive energy on a grand scale in regards to major life events.
This card is about success, power, effectiveness, fulfilment, satisfaction, superior performance, brilliance, light, energy and generally feeling a great sense of unity with the active energy of the universe but mostly this is a card about feeling fantastic beyond words.
Somewhere, I have an understanding of what it is like to live this card but I don't feel it at the moment and haven't done so for a very long time. That said, after doing some wonderful work with the tarot with a great bunch of friends today, there was a strong message there for me about stopping to smell the roses and being able to see all of the wonderful things in my life and acknowledge them with my whole heart and soul. This is how I am taking the meaning of the Sun card as well.
