Well, well, well, another major, how very wonderful, and the Fool at that, very interesting indeed. The Fool's journey is the story of the major arcana and represents how we are when we are first starting out on a new stage, adventure or experience in life.
No one likes to be made a fool of but having the Fool's energy around you is not always a bad thing. The Fool represents opportunities and serves to remind us that are can create our own futures. Where the Fool lacks experience, he has instead a joyful naivety, an innocents and a lack of the limitations and judgements that we otherwise accumulate on our journeys that can sometimes become burdens the longer we carry them.
The Fool is like a blank canvas. He is ready to set out on his path and is open to all of the learnings and new experiences he will encounter along the way. He is not interested in boring and mundane matters; he is simple and uncomplicated and is destined for an important new beginning that he will forge into a new life journey where he will become who he was destined to be.
There are a couple of very specific times that I have been fortunate to realise the Fool energy in my life and it is always a time of excitement and hope. Knowing that and feeling that now brings the same anticipation that I hesitate in labelling as nervous even though it is still a step into the unknown. This is a time to start something big in my life and that is exactly where I feel I am at the moment. It is like a new phase and it is one that I really feel ready for so all I can say is, "Bring it on, Fool!"
